In the process of evaporating water from the salt solution, it concentrates and passes into a supersaturated state, as a result of which a solid phase crystallizes from it. At the end of the cycle, the compressor stops, the vacuum in the system is released and the bottom valve opens. With the help of a mixing device, the suspension is discharged from the evaporation column, and the condensate is removed from the condensate collector. Then the cycle repeats.
